Welcome to Indo Mushroom Spawn Lab. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our Oyster Mushroom Spawn Production Lab based in Shimoga, Karnataka.
1. Definitions
"Lab," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to Indo Mushroom Spawn Lab. "Customer," "You," or "User" refers to any individual or entity purchasing products or using our services. "Products" refers to oyster mushroom spawn and related cultivation materials supplied by us.
2. Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Indo Mushroom Spawn Lab. We reserve the right to refuse any order. An order is considered confirmed only after receipt of full payment and issuance of a confirmation notice from our team.
3. Product Quality & Limitations
- We guarantee that our oyster mushroom spawn is produced under controlled laboratory conditions to ensure high purity and vitality at the time of dispatch.
- Mushroom cultivation is a biological process influenced by external factors (temperature, humidity, substrate quality, and sanitation). Therefore, we do not guarantee specific crop yields or results.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering via approved digital payment methods, bank transfers, or as specified during the checkout process.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship oyster mushroom spawn across India from our facility in Shimoga, Karnataka. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, weather conditions, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of mushroom spawn, we do not accept returns. Cancellations are only permitted if the order has not yet been processed for production or dispatch. In case of damaged goods upon arrival, customers must provide photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery for evaluation of potential replacement.
7. Storage & Use Responsibilities
The customer is solely responsible for the proper storage of spawn (cool, dark, and sanitized environment) and its correct application. Indo Mushroom Spawn Lab shall not be held liable for spawn failure resulting from improper handling, overheating during transit by third parties, or contaminated cultivation environments.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indo Mushroom Spawn Lab’s liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.
9. Privacy & Property
All content on this website is the intellectual property of Indo Mushroom Spawn Lab. Your personal data shared during the ordering process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Shimoga, Karnataka.
